Ball is played from center out, receiving player can play to left or right, whichever pass dictates.
When ball is played to 1 side opposite player makes run to middle and receives pass.

Ball is played from middle out. Outside receiving player 1 touches ball back to middle player who then plays to left or right, whichever play dictates.
First receiving player then makes overlapping run to receive ball in middle.

30 by 20 grid split into 3 areas. Middle area smaller than outsides.
Players look to keep possession and can penetrate middle area after 5 passes or keep possession if nothing available.
