Turning Technique.
Intro of Cruyff Turn and practice, starting from no pressure and increasing the difficulty until more realistic scenarios.

Organization:
20x10 yard.
Instructions:
PART 1: Intro of Cruyff Turn, and practice without pressure. Dribble-Fake shoot-Dribble in new direction.
PART 2: 2v1. Two balls attacking against one defender.
- Attackers start from goal, dribble until the white line and turn using the Cruyff Turn, and try to score.
- Defender starts from opposite side, he runs to the goal and as far as he touches the goal, he can start defense.
- If the defender can avoid both attackers to score, switch roles with one of the attackers who becomes new defender.
Coaching Points/Questions:
- Head up immediately after turning.
- Dribble into space when the defender is not focus on us, dribble with small touches and protect the ball when the pressure is coming.
- Team job. If my teammate scores, our team wins.
- Decision making.

Organization:
25x20 yards (approx)
2v2 + 1 neutral player
2 ending zone.
Divide the game space in two halves.
Instructions:
BALL KEEPERS: 2+1 players attacking. When your team have the ball, the 2 team players must stay on their side of the field. Once they reach the ending zone the team gets 1 point. After that, the player needs to turn and try to reach the opposite side to get another point.
DEFENDERS: No space limitations, they can defend wherever they want. As far as defenders regain possession, they start attacking on the opposite side of the field.
Coaching Points/Questions:
- Communication within teammates to identify advantages.
- Head up after turning to identify whether is better to pass or dribble as well as the direction. (always depending on the pressure).
- Space awareness when attacking (avoid agglomeration of players near the ball.
Progressions:
Add two goals. As far as the team reaches both sides of the field (2 points), they can score in any of the goals to get 2 extra points and get 4 points.

WARM UP GAME:
Organization:

1 ball per player
Instructions:
Knockout ball. Dribble around the area. Once the coach says "go" the battle starts. The last player with the ball inside the area gets 1 point. Knockout players will be outside doing a designated skill (scissors, step over, tap tap roll, pull backs).
Coaching Points/Questions:
- Body shape. Use the body to protect the ball.
- Head up to observe what's going on around you and be capable to choose the best way to dribble.
- Dribble on space when no pressure. Dribble with small touches when in pressure.
Progressions:
Identify North and South goals. If the coach says North or South, the first player who scores on that goal gets the point. It will lead to more adaptation to environmental changes.
