2 Teams play 7v7 + 1 in Grid. (Doc's +1) 4 x 3min games
Players should play in rough positions
Teams look to try and play 9 to feet, early as possible and support from underneath. 9 must stay high to provide lenght. CB must stay goalside to keep game realistic.
When ball is played out of main grid game is live and players can break out to score.
Can play without keeper? Players have to get over line to score.
Game 1 - Must play into 9 then players can break out and attack goal. Restart from centre.
Game 2 - Every attack will have a transition. For example when a Reds attack is over the coach will give ball to a blue player to start counter attack. Teams will be forced to consider there set up behind the ball to prevent counter attack to their 9.
Game 3 - Ball can be played in air to the 9. As ball as travelling players can enter grid for 2nd balls.
Game 4 - 9 can drag CB wide to leave space for 3rd man run (diagram)

Lose it and red team can counter.
Coach carries extra balls and can turnover over possession to the reds at any point.
Blues must always ensure they have cover behind the ball to prevent transition.
Reds score if they can get player over the red line in controlled possession
