Two teams of 9 players(9v9) play a handball game.
The blue team lines up in a 1-4-3-1 shape.
The yellow team lines up in a 1-2-3-3 shape.
The game is played with hands and the attackers can only score with a header.
Players have a 2 touch restriction.
Note: They always have to try and keep the formation shape as they started.

The players of the blue team pass the ball to the players of the yellow team.
After they pass the ball they run towards their opponent and try with the corect body posiotioning to drive the opponent away.
The defending is passive.
The yellow players drive the ball until the other end and then the pass the ball to the blue team to become defenders.
The key here is for the defending players to understand the right body positioning.

Inside the box we have our defensive line( 4 blue players) and the attacker of the opposite team.
Outside the box we have the two wingers and the two central midfielders of the opposite team(yellow team).
The blue team tries to maintain its zonal defensive shape and according to where the ball goes each defender comes up to press and defend whilst the other defenders provide a diagonal and deep cover.
Each time the win the ball and manage to pass the ball back to the coach they earn one point.
The yellow team passes the ball around and tries to break down the defensive line by passing a diagonal or direct pass to the attacker who tries to make the run behind the defence.
If so he comes 1v1 with the goalkeeper and has 4 seconds to finish it.

The target here is for the defending team(blue) to prevent the attacks of the attacking team(yellow).
The blue team has a 1-4-2-3-1 formation( without the cam, the RW+LW and the ST)
The yellow team has a 1-4-3-3 formation(without the keeper and the defending back line)
The drill always starts with the yellow team holding the ball and passing it around to try and break the defensive shape of the defending team.
The blue team must try to defend correctly with the player nearest the ball pressing while the others provide a diagonal and deep defending cover.
It is important for the blue team to maintain its zonal shape.
If the yellow team achieve the breakdown of the defensive line and score they get 1 point.
If the blue team wins the ball they then have 4 passes to score to one of the 2 mini goals that are in the center of the pitch.

The players outside of the circle play a passing game freely without any restrictions.
The players inside the circle try to press and win the ball.
If any of the players standing outside the circle lose the ball from a player inside the circle they then come inside to become a defender and the player that won the ball comes out to become an attacker.
