Number of Players : Min 4 per group
Area/Field : Use whole width
Equipment : 6 markers + 1 cone + 1 ball per grp
ORGANIZATION:
Learning to control the ball using the sole of the feet in a space area.
INSTRUCTIONS:
1) Pass, control and return pass.
Player A pass the ball to the middle player who control with SOLE and drag to either side of markers. Use both leg if possible. He return pass to the player
2) Pass, control with turn and pass opposite side.
Player do a 1 step check, when receiver receive the ball, he control as he turn and make a pass.
Player who make the pass, follow their pass.
3) Pass, shield and lay for wall pass.
Receiver will hold the ball using the sole of their feet, at teammate command to release the ball, he will push to the side and pass to his teammate. Teammate will make a pass to the other end and stay in the middle. Shielder will make a run to the other end
Coaching Points :
Contact on sole of the feet.
Drag and move. No static stopping of the ball.
Eye contact with passer/receiver.

Number of Players : Divide to 3 or 6 groups
Area/Field : Full court using goal.
Equipment : 3 cones. 1 ball each.
ORGANIZATION:
3 shots
Placement - Side foot shoot
Power shoot - Using laces
Toe Shot - Using toe poke
INSTRUCTIONS:
Divide the group into 3 groups. Players will shoot with their right leg, left leg and choose and foot to shoot.
Players dribble the ball towards the object, do a side step and take a shot before the red line.
Coaching Points :
Body shape leaning downwards facing the goal.
Focus on the sweet spot of the ball.
Safety No1.

Area/Field : Use only 1 side of the pitch
Equipment : 4 cones
ORGANIZATION:
Attacker to run with the ball towards the centre field and enter the cone. He will face the defender before shooting in the scoring zone.
INSTRUCTIONS:
For progression, can go 2v1 to 2v2
