Instruction
Start from throw in to neutral zone players. Possession is maintained by passing back into defending zone (unchallenged) to a teamate and they begin attacking.
Defenders drop back to their 18 ( line of engagement) and may challenge higher once the ball is played into/ thru the neutral zone.
If the defenders win the ball they play it out to the touch line player who will restart with a throw in. If the attackers score they restart with a throw in.
