Key Factors Technical practice Heading.

Organisation : In the large area 20x25 ,the players have to move around the pitch and

heading the ball ,after jump the hurdle ,served from another player in one of 4 gates.

Rotation players every 1.30" .

Mechanics :

1.eyes open.

2. head ball using forehead.

3.Arms out for balance.

4.stay on toes.

5.Head top to middle of ball.

6.Go for accuracy.

Screen 2 (15 mins)

Key Factors: Skill practice Heading.

Organisation: Set up is 4 couples for 1v1 in area size 20x25,two blues and reds players

in the gates who serve the ball.

Blue player can try to serve the ball to the blue teammate for heading,player who receive

has to hit ball with head to the server in the gates (1 point ).

Red defender can try to pressure or intercept the ball to avoid the goal.

Red player will get attacker when to see red server in the another gate( blue player defender).

Change couples every 1.30".

Challenge for every team is how many times to hit the ball in one minute.

Key Factors :Small sided game Heading.

Organisation : area size 30x 50 , 6v6 plus two neutral player in the channel with keepers.

The target for the players is to score in the goal (1 point).

Introduce Bonus if the player score after receiving ball from the neutral player (2 point).

To encourage heding ,introduce further Bonus (3 point) if the player score goal with head

after receiving ball from the neutral player in the channel ( left or right side ).
