Expanded Small sided Activity (20min)
3 different teams, Orange shoots on opposite goals-immediately they must regroup and defend vs green to create a 2 v 2, next two orange players do the same but defend vs yellow. 4 minute rotations
Cp's- Dribble at speed, put the ball on frame, concentrate immediately to transition from offense to defense, be creative on the ball, movement and combination play, communicate and defensive principles on defensive end

4v2 players on posession
Yellow plays 4 vs 2 Blue. Yellow must connect 5 passes before scoring. If the 2 Blue players regain posession they can play into negative support to make it a 4v4. Variation might come into play if numbers allow for a neutral
Cp's-Sharp passing and moving, move off the ball to provide support, expand in L & W, communicate on defending, transition from defending into posession then attacking.
