3v3 continuous game (20 mins)

3v3. If the blue team score or ball goes off the back line, a yellow player gets a ball from the baseline and passes to a yellow player coming on high (Blue must let this pass go). The yellow player who passes the ball does not join attack. Same blue players defend. 

If the ball is intercepted in open play the player who won it must pass to the new high player coming on- player who passes steps out. On this occasion the defending team can try intercept the pass.

Offensive overload in the D (20 mins)

Start on left channel. 2v 1. They then stay in for the next one. Middle channel is 3v2, they then stay in. Right channel 3 v2 . So last play is 8 v 5. 

**If this is not flowing and is too difficult, do 3 x 2v1. Ends up being a 6v3 to finish.
