Practice design:
Organisation:
- players will take it in turns to perform 3v2's (3 greens, 2 reds).
- emphasis on passing and shooting in order to create chances and score goals in the final third.
Progressions/Interventions:
1. Progression - place an 8 second time limit on the attack's to increase tempo.
2. Progression - begin 3v3's instead of 3v2's in the attack's favour to remove overload.
1. 4v2's, 2v1's (increasing overload/space for attackers to play in, thus enhancing space for them to perform techniques).
Planned Interventions:
Drive by to run through the correct technique when shooting when a specifc player or players aee struggling to perform correct technique.

Practice design:
Organisation:
- defence vs attack (7v7 including goalkeeper for defensive side).
- aim is to attack the goal, create chances and score goals.
- when ball goes out of play, another ball is passed to deepest attacker and the team in green attack again.
Progressions/Interventions:
1. Progression - each attacker has only 3 touches in possession.
1. Regression - remove a defender and make them an attacker to create greater outfield advantage; will be easier to create chances and score goals with spare men.
Planned Interventions:
- Coaching process to outline technique used when shooting when the attacking team is failing to convert chances.
- Coaching process to outline technique used for passing when players are struggling to consistently perform the correct technique in the final third.
- Fly by to talk player through combination play; what should they look for? (the spare man).
