Set up:
Freekicks anywhere
Organization:
Players are encourged to put the ball down and quickly play a short to an open man anywhere outside of shooting range.
Inside shooting range is as followed:
Always have 2 players on the ball. Set up as if one is looking to play the ball with right and the other with the left.
Right / Left:
Option 1: Direct shot (fix shin guards)
Option 2: Short to central (Player nearest middle of goal breaks away and we attempt a short to a shot)
Option 3: Short to side (Player nearest side line breaks off past the wall to put a cross into the box - cue for this is taker will raise one arm up)
Central Freekicks:
Option 1: Direct Shot
Option 2: Other player runs over the ball first to give the impression of a shot coming from the other side. This is to catch the keeper out when they are moving their feet.

Set Up - Goalkicks:
Goalkeeper takes kick, passes to #2, #3 or #5. Center mids start wide with center forward giving height. Which every side it goes to the center mid on the opposite side will now run back to his central position. #5 will offer height while #3 (or #2) will offer width. #9 will show height on the side of the ball

Set Up Throwings:
In the corners of the field 2 players should set up stood next to each other and a third by back post. When 3rd player checks in and shouts for ball the two seperate going opposite ways. The 3rd lays the ball off to the run of the next player. If cover he can turn or pass back to thrower.
Throws from anywhere else on the field should be thrown into space with the taker calling the name (after establishing eye contact with the player).

Attacking Corners (10 mins)
Set up:
Two stay back on half way line (+keeper). One makes the triangle and stays as a pivot just outside of the circle. 4 top of the box and one taking the corner.
Organization:
Player outside circle top is there to take a long distance shot if it comes out or be the first defender on clearance. Four players at top of the box will make varrious runs into the box.
Option 1: Player taking the ball shouts ' take it' This is cue for a disguised short corner.
Option 2: Corner taker holds one arm up which means for three players to group together at top of the box. Taker will raise his/her hand again to trigger the cue for players to spin off to the back post.
Option 3: Corner taker holds two arms up which means for three players to group together at top of the box. When the arms go up again they run to attack from post.
