Setting:
Players: 10 Ball: 12 Cone: 6 Dishes: 9 Size: 35 x 15, Time: (30mins)
Introduction:
The playground is divided into two groups and Intermediate boundary is settled. The players are numbered 1-5 due to the management and player flowing. The goal is for defending team are settled by cones.
The Game will start from 1 vs 1 and to 2 vs 2. The ball is passed from the goalkeeper to attacker. The two attackers will try to dribble, pass or shoot the two goals. After passed the ball, the two defenders come immediately to defend. Interchange the team of defender and attacker after working 3-4 times.
AIMS: Improve the technique of defender 2 vs 2.
Coaching Point:
First Defender ( Delay and tackle)
1. Run out to give the pressure to attacker
2. Shoulder check to block the goal line.
3. Stand by front and back leg
4. Distance to defender is around 1-1.5 Step (stretching step /伸展步) depends on the attacker ( some times move by cross step instead of merging step)
5. Observe the attacker and ball preparing to tackle or regain the ball if the ball is out of control from attacker or poor first touch.
6. Fake the attacker to give the pressure and force him to weak side / side
7. Keep the patience and cool head
8. Observe the body shape of attacker and give high stress / pressure if attacker is back to goal ( don't let him turn around )
Second Defender (Cover and Intercept)
9. Observe the ball (goal line), first and second attacker to adjust the position
10. Block the goal line, at the same time, ready to run out to second attacker for block the goal line when ball passed to second attacker
11. Body Shape not only supporting the first defender but also prepare tackling the passing line.
Remark: The first and second are always changing, so fully concentration.

4 vs 4 with the supporter who are ready on the middle of playground. The players are numbered 1-5 due to the management and player flowing. The game is started ball is served from the goalkeeper to defend. The attacker will try to dribble and shoot the goals. The defenders would regain the ball to counter-attack.
Conditional Game: one player would stand around middle of line of playground to support. The team play 1-2-2 formation.
AIMS:Improve the technique of defender 2 vs 2 during game.

Introduction:

Green Player will run with the ball and Orange Player will defend and move backwardly from middle to side line. Then, orange player will run with the ball and the green player will defend and move backwardly.
The game will do 2-3 mins. At the same time, the coach will lead the player doing the dynamic stretching.
Then the game is started again. When the Coach whiste, players with ball and will increase the speed and defending player need to move backward quickly. (4-6 mins)
