Circle of Spin - Warm Up

Players are in pairs, labelled 1 and 2. On the coaches command, the go round their partner in diffrent ways and attempt to run on the ouside of the circle and beat the other players back to their partner

P1 - go round the player and run around

P2- go round the player and go the other way around the circle

P3 - go round the player and through his legs

P4 - leap frog player and go around the circle
