- Possession game:

3x3 in a 15x15 yds square;

1v1 in the middle;

Player from the outside cannot jump in;

Progression:

4x4 in a square with 2 in the middle.

Passing Patterns 1 (20 mins)

Passing Pattern 1

Players will pass the ball among them with a man in the middle;

The player in the middle is always making a run from deep & attack the ball moving it to the other side;

The player moving the ball in the middle takes the player spot that has just received the ball.
