Passing, Movement and Recieving
Player B wont rotate in this practice so swap around after 4 goes.
Player A commences and runs with the ball towards the pole then passes to Player B for a 1-2. (pass before the pole with accuracy and weight)
Player A recieves the ball and decides which of the gates to run through, once through the cones its head up for a pass to Player C then takes over on the cone. (make your decision before you recieve and adjust your body shape accordingly)
Player C passes into the new Player A and follows the pass ready to take thier turn. (open up your body to recieve the pass so you can play on quickly)

Passing and Recieving.
Working in pairs we are looking for long and short passing including movement towards the ball as well.
1. Start off with a long pass (looking for accuracy and weight of the pass, body shape to recieve the ball)
2. Play a long pass back then once the player has recieved make the run forward.
3. Play a shorter pass to the oncoming runner ( assess the speed and direction of their run, recieving player to adjust speed and body to recieve the ball)
4. Play the return pass then turn and run back to the starting cone.
5. Recieve a long pass and hold ready to swap and start again.
Key objectives.
Weight of the pass especially with a running player coming to recieve.
Accuracy of the pass do we want to change the runners direction?
Recieving the ball body shape, how do we set up to pass it back or run on with it?
Know when to make the runs, do we run before they have recieved it or after?
