Players focus on dribbling the ball around the given area, avoiding team mates.

Players must use entire area given

Progression:

Players must dribble through all gates in an allotted time

Players must dribble through as many gates as they can in 1 minute

If needed, small goals can be added to the red coned area

Player at Point A passes to player at Point B

Player recieving the ball will then attempt to dribble and score in either goal, while player from point A attempts to tackle them

Players return to thier original place after thier go

Players to swap places after a few minutes to allow everyone a chance at this particular skill

Progression:

Players get points for scoring a goal

Players must score within 10 seconds of recieving the ball

Defenders, after a succesful tackle can then score himself

Defenders who score get 2 points

Regression:

No time restriction to score a goal

Area can be made bigger
