Organizational / Instructions
Everyone will go into the Marked out area, Begin with a light jog around the area doing dynamic movements. Start to introduce dynamic stretches, get the players to name them, if they dont get the main stretches introduce them yourself. Once everyone has stretched off introduce some football. While the players are still jogging in the area get them to pass the footballs around.
Coaching Points
Head up at all times.
Putting a name on the pass.
Make sure its a accurate pass witht the correct power on it.
Make sure all players are stretched off and dont have any tight muscles
Adaptations
If more players introduce more footballs. Never have more than half of the players in footballs (10 player = 5 Footballs)
