2 checks in to 1, checks shoulder, opens up and takes first touch forward then plays a ball into space for 3 then makes a run to the near post.

3 dribbles down the line, gives the ball a big push and crosses on the ground towards the penalty spot. *Make sure hips are turned in when crossing.

4 and 5 make delayed runs to the middle and back back post respectively.

2 checks in to 1, checks shoulder, opens up and takes first touch forward then plays a ball to 3's feet as 4 is checking in towwards but forward of 3. 2 then makes a run in behind 4 towards the middle.

3 plays a one two pass to 4 who passes slightly in front of a running 3, then 4 makes a b-line towards the near post.

3 dribbles down the line, gives the ball a big push and crosses on the ground towards the penalty spot. *Make sure hips are turned in when crossing.

5 makes a timed run to the far post.
