Organization:
Two grids side-by-side as shown in Diagram. Target players are on in opposide grid. 4v4 in each grid as shown. Two separate games.
Instructions:
Blue and white each have a possession zone. They must possess the ball in their zone for 5 passes for 1 point. 3 players from the defending team versus 4 players from the possessing team. If the defensive team wins possession they have to pick out their teammate in their zone and the play transitions to possess in that area.
Coaching Points:
(1). Work together to defend as a "unit"
(2). Attempt to regain possession quickly.
(3). Movement of teammate to find the passing lanes.
(4). Immediately look to switch the ball on gaining possession.
(5). Travel quickly to support the play.
Progressions:
Start with 5 passes to score.
Must be a clean transition and 5 passes to score.
Add in that once the team gets 5 passes, the game breaks open and it becomes a 4 v 4 to get the ball across the end line.

Use side moves to beat partner to A or B, 15-20 seconds to score as many points as possible
X has the ball, O cannot go across the line and can’t tackle
Repeated race to either A or B using as many different skills as possible to lose defender and be first to cone.
Emphasis on pace of moves and body shape to deceive defender.

Set Up
*Area set up as illustrated, one middle zone (midfield), and two end zones.
*4v4 in the middle with an additional magic player, each end zone with a target player (CB).
*Ball starts with CB and he looks to play into middle zone, to score a goal must play to opposite target player.
Progression
1. Add in a No.9 into end zones, to score you must now play into No.9 who looks to combine for support player to finish, or so he can turn to score in a 1v1 situation.
Learning Objectives
*Movement in midfield, rotation of 4 players.
*Body shape when receiving, check shoulders.
*Play 1 touch in tight spaces.
*Support of No.9 to lose CB.
