Simple passing square -
each box can be any size from 4yds to 10yds. Ive worked on 5yd so the total diameter is 15 x 15.
Concentrate on first touch, opening body to receive and quickly distribute on
Communication
Passing - on the floor? in the air? Sharp or lofted?
Bounce passes to central player.
Can central play open up to receive and move the ball on quickly?
Progression add a 2nd ball.
If ball leaves square penalise the whole squad by making them do Sit ups, press ups, star jumps etc.
If 2 balls end up with 1 player again penalise everyone with a challenge
