Organization:

-Split the team into 4 teams of 3.

-Two teams play 3v3 the other two teams get placed on either half. The two teams that are not playing get split into two floaters on either sideline of their half of the field and then the one player who is not a floater stands next to the goal with a ball. That means there ought to be 4 neutral players, 2 to each sideline.

-Once a goal is scored the team that got scored on is off the field (two the players become the sideline neutrals and one player gets a ball & stands next to the goal). The player standing next to the goal that just got scored on immedately dribbles onto the field and starts the next game.

Coaching Points:

1. Fast Transitions after each goal. Drive forward into space as fast as possible.

2. Use the extra men on your team when in possession. In possession it should look like a 7v3.

3. EVERY POSSESSION = A SHOT!!!!
