Type: Instep/placement warm up
Objectives: Using instep to hit the big cones down/or knock off soccer ball off cone.
Instructions: Players play 2v2 in a grid, to get a point they will have to knock down the big cones or knock the ball off the cones. (depends what equipment we have)

Type: Striker Technique
Objectives:
- using instep to place ball in coners
Equipment:
4 cones for each "station" to mark where players are standing. Cones are in a square, 5 ft by 5 ft.
2 Flags in the net, so the players can shoot in the coners.
Instructions:
Players are split into 3 different "teams." Player A passes to Player B, Player C lays off for Player D to either one time shot or one touch and shot. The team gets a point everytime someone scores between the two flags in the net.
Progessions:
Every 5 or so minutes, "teams" will all switch stations so they can use both feet. (for example the left station should be shooting with their right foot, far right station should shoot with their left foot).

2. Jogging arm rolls forward, Jogging arm rolls backward
3. Side shuffle there and back
4. Karaoke there and back
5. Backwards jog there and back
6. Walking sweeps, jog back
7. Knee pull to chests, jog back
8. Quad pulls, jog back
9. Open gate, Close the gate back
10. Forward leg kicks, Backward kicks back
11. Side rockers there, Front rockers back
12. Two jumping knees to chest, sprint, jog for water.
