Area - Half field
Player will play long ball
While getting long balls players have to make run as shown in figure
After getting the ball players will play combination play with the teammate and again pass a long ball back to the starting point
Progression - Nearby player will act as a passive defender.
Coaching points - good touch out of feet to be able to step into the ball, balanced approach to ball, keep ball on ground (strike/contact point on ball), eyes up to find target, weight of pass.

Area - 25x25 Yards inside outside 35x35 yards
Players will play 5v5 inside the box after 4 passes they have to find the target man any of the side and play long pass to him.
After passing 2 same team player make run to get the ball and dribble in between the goal to score a goal.
While making run towards the target player one of the defender will try to stop them to dribble
Progression - Goal is only allowed to score by combination play with supporting player

SSG 7v7 with 2 gk
Conditions - If any team scored a goal by switching the flanks or by through pass it will count as 2 goals
Coaching points - Movement as a team while attacking and defending, scanning and awareness , quality passing and ball controlling, combination play, penetration, switch of play.
