13-Balance and co-ordination

The ladder can be used with a ball, in that the GK, steps through each hurdle of the ladder at the same time moving the ball back and around theor front. This movement is forward along the laffer.

Starting slowly this can then be moved with speed, the exercise will work on the co-ordiantion of the hands around the body to receive the ball, we can then move sideways along the ladder.

This can be progressed with side ways steps

This simpel balance and co-ordination can be done by all ages, I would have small groups of four working for 4 times along the ladder (4 reps ) then rest for 2 minutes 4:2 then move to sideways with the same 4:2 ratio, abd complete this in 3 sets.
