1) ball is played into centre player who moves of the marker to recive the ball on the back foot taking a posotive first touch to then play the ball back out to a different side with the inside of the foot.
2) you follow your pass into the middle and back out
3) short burst sprint into the middle to be ready to receive the ball

1) two balls going at the same time now, players in the middle must be aware of were the second player is and were the free side for a pass is
2) players should still move off the cone to receive the ball, taking a posotive first touch into the direction they want to go
coaching points:
1) check off the cone, call for the pass
2) posotive first touch in the direction of play
3) follow up into the box fast
4) firm inside foot pass

30 x 30 box, lift up the first 4 markers and place under next starting marker

1) The ball is now lofted into the centre player ( foot under the ball, slightly leaning back ).
2) The centre player needs to move off the marker back the way to make the disstance greater with the pass.
3) When the ball is played out this time it is a firm driven pass back out to a free player
4) centre players need to again be awear of the second players movment so they dont colide with each other.
coaching points:
1) movement back off the marker
2) judge the flight of the ball where do we need to contol it and into the drirection of intended play
3) foot under the ball, slightly lean back to get height and distance on the ball
4) firm driven pass back out to a free player

30 x 25 box, 8 players on the outside ans 8 in the middle, side/end players must stay in their half of the zones, lift up only the 2 outside markers closest to the halfway line and move middle cone inline with the 2 new markers on the outside

1) starting objective to get the ball from goal player to opposite end player to score a point side players just there to assist but can't pass to the end player must be a middle player. (4min)
2) side players can now pass to end players to score a goal (4min)
coaching points:
1) encourage player movment and to use side players
2) if a pass is intersepted but there was an option for a lofted pass instead then stop and explain
3) let the situation pan out before steping in to stop

objective to socre a goal but also making 5 succesive sucsessfull passes makes a goal.
concider movment find the space for a pass will a lofted pass work
coaching points:
1) can we find the right pass as apose to trying to dribble all the way
2) if the lofted pass option is on take it
3) step in when someone loses the ball by trying to dribble when their was a better pass option on instead
into normal game for 8min followed by static stretching for 10min
