2players start in between poles with one passer on the ball, he plays a one-two with the first player and the player goes to a pole on his left or right and spins off. the end player must read this movement and go to the opposite pole and receive a long pass from the first man and then tee up the player who spun off for a strike on goal.
This improves passing, decision making, reading of the game and finishing.
