1v1 Defending, encouraging 'showing one way' by learning body positioning before tackling
See the guidance at the top of this page to understand why you are not seeing interactive Football/Soccer images.
1. Players pass up to the last man on cone then he does a 1v1 with defender and tries the score
2. After finishing the attacker becomes the defender
3. After everyone has done a few of 1 v 1s introduce yourself as a 2v1 option for the attackers each time - this should naturally encourage the defender to try to angle their body to cut you out however if they don't do it naturally stop the session and ask the kids to work out what they can do with their body to make it 1v1 instead of 2v1 - guiding them to the right answer without giving it to them.
4. After a few go's of entering from one side, start behind the defender and vary which side to move off their shoulder to making the decision making and angling of their body shape more difficult
See the guidance at the top of this page to understand why you are not seeing interactive Football/Soccer images.
1. defender passes to attacker inside square
2. attacker must wait for the ball to enter square before attacking
3. defender must get past halfway before attacker takes first touch
4. automatic goal if defender does not get over the line before ball in received
5. have two goals, red and blue, first 5 minutes red goal is worth 1 and blue is worth 2 - then second 5 minutes blue goal is worth 1 and red goal is worth 2
2. Once action is finished, attacker becomes the defender and the defender goes to the back of the line.
3. Continous

Block 3 (Minutes 4-6):
In pairs take 1 step back each - varying from 2 touch, three touch, four touch with a feint or cruyft turn
Block 4 (Minutes 6-8):
In pairs take 1 step back each - Dribble to half way then pass and get around opposite player, player lays back in your path dribble back up to top turn and pass>then opposite player does the same. Encourage different types of dribbling.
(Minutes 8-10) If you think its possible introduce a small chip to the other player. Doesn't need to be perfect but just getting the ball in the air and then down to partner. Regress the technique if need be for some players so that they are just stabbing their foot under the ball to lift it
