Players, dribble through the start cones (Slides, toe taps, step overs)
They then dribble into the middle where they will produce a skill move
Then accelerating out of the square passing to the next person, follow pass
Or dribble to a red cone and turn and play back to own group
Dribble round all four red cones then pass back to group
Use alternate feet
Make the excercise into a competition
First team back to where they started
First team to go to middle and back

Warm Up - Stuck in the mud (15 mins)
Stuck in the Mud
Two players become the Mud Monsters, who start off between the four orange cones
There aim is to tag as many players as possible in 1 minute
The rest of the players dribble their ball around the sqaure, trying not to get tag by the opposition players (Yellow). If they get tagged, they must hold the ball above their head and shout help
For them to be free and dribble around, one of their team mates must pass the ball between their legs
Coaching Points:
Change of direction and pace to get away from defenders
Dribble with head up to be aware of what is around you
