Skill Development 1 - 10 minutes

Set up:
4 boxes at the top of the 18 yard box to replicate a back 4.
Organization:
4 defenders each playing 1v1 in each box against 4 attackers. There are gates red / yellow cone in the 1 and 4 square where the attacker. Attacker gets double points if he can penetrate with a dribble though the gate. Attacker gets 1 point for scoring down middle of goal and 3 points for scoring in-between the flag and the post. Defenders get a point every time they stop defender from shooting and 3 points for stealing the ball and dribbling out of the top of their square.

5v5 (attackers have a holding mid that must remain in zone. Is an option for depth and can defend the through ball from red). Red attack 3 small goals and white attack top goal.
