Players rotate to their left to the next cone. The pattern goes as follows. Long diagonal, receive with on the blue cone, short pass (receive on the back foot), long diagonal.

Jail Game! 8v8
Each team starts with a player in "jail" In order to score, the team must play into the square to release them creating a numbers up situation. The opponent closest to the jail when the player receives in the box will then enter the jail.
The White team, will now have 2 players in "jail". They must move the ball side to side to free both players and the go forward to goal. They will find that quick diagonals will be the easiest way to free the players.
