area,
game starts with the feeder playing into the center of the pitch
playing area, width of the penalty area and a 1/3rd of a full size pitch
after the ball is entered in the pitch, both teams try to pass in one of the small goals opposite. the keeper can use a side foot pass a punch pass or and underarm throw/pass. all under knee height. the opposition can't block the attempt.
if a pass is taken and the ball goes into the net, that team get an extra goal and the keeper taking the shot gets a ball out of their goal and starts the play using 1 of the 3 above distributions to one of their own players, but if it misses the goal the opposite team get a chance at a 1v1. a ball is fed in by the feeder to one of the opposition team and they are the player which must try to score. If the keeper saves the ball they get to start the play but if the other team score they get an extra point. the keeper again starts the game again with a pass out again using 1 of the 3 options above.
game is played in 3 to 5 minutes at a time.
coaching points
focus on the technique in passing out of the keeper, making sure they play with pace of the game especially with the passing attempts
good communication with the keeper and outfield players. keeping shape and making sure opposition players aren't free
outfield players moving into space to be available for quick passes from the keeper
