Objective:
Back 4 understanding on how to delay the game by sprinting back after a ball behind the back.
7/11 will be working ladder running technique and zig zag on the cones until the ball is played.
The rest of the players will have a triangle with cones to mimic the movement of attacking forward 4 yards and returning 4 yards until the ball is played by the coach for a long ball behind the defender's back and the play then becomes live.
