HYSC Liberty Development plan
Our Periodization plan is a Macrocycle build of 2 competitive Mesocycles (fall 21- Spring 22) and one transition Mesocycle (Winter 21-22)
This Microcycle contain 3 session Monday, Wednesday and Thursday of 90 min each
base on previous year, this Mesocycle we choose the Goldilokcs approach keeping the work load below the threshold and prioritizing the recovery and we will not high peak this mesocycle instead we will rise the levels of our aerobic capacity and fitness threshold.
Our final goal is build the endurance capacity to slowly increase the adaptation of bigger volume of work load.
Our Tactical periodization contain 11 microcycles on the first Competive mesocycle.
our main goal is improve our game base on positional game base
First Competitive MesocycleWeek 1 - Sep 6 - 12 - Improving score opportunities
Week 2 - Sep 13 -19 - Rotation on the midfield third to create space under pressure
Week 3 - Sep 20 -26 - Building out of the back.(Improving GK as option)
Week 4 - Sep 27 - Aug 3 - Adding player up number to the attack from the back line, (overlapping)
Week 5 - Oct 4-10 - Transition attacking defending (what to do when the team loose the ball after the attacking block are up high)
Week 6 - Oct 11-17 - Principal of building through the midfield third( recognize when and how )

We looking to build the attacking habit on ZONE 19
#7 , 11 must find the inside diagonal run, to create space
# 9 must find the blind side of the defender one or two touches to finish
# 10, 8 look to combine to penetrate the defensive line or look for long shoot on goal
# 6 support 8 and 10 on the build attack
#2,3 must jump on zones to
# 4, 5 move up
See the guidance at the top of this page to understand why you are not seeing interactive Football/Soccer images.
#6, 8 rotation to give the midfield the decision to follow or stay to pressure
# 10 must receive the ball behind the pressure line facing forwardSee the guidance at the top of this page to understand why you are not seeing interactive Football/Soccer images.
When the team playing out from the back, The team should always aim at penetrating defensive lines and progressing up the field. Although patience is needed, every player should check whether a pass into depth without losing the ball is possible.
if the opposition is pressing high, there will appear space between the lines which needs to be exploited. If there is no space, this means that the opponent has heavily shifted towards the ball, opening up space on the ball far side. If none of these areas are exploitable, one needs to further stretch the opposition. That is possible with backwards passes.
These assumptions create our first principle:
1 First look deep, then wide and last but not least playback !
If the opposition is not pressing high but just shifting horizontally, the team has to make sure to create gaps . When a centre-back, for example, dribbles towards the opposition block, the opponent will try to get into an even more compact shape to avoid passes into their block. That way, one creates space around the block. In general, if the opponent is not moving, make them move.
Always occupy opponents and then accelerate circulation to exploit the created space. there are only three options: diagonal, vertical, horizontal. Depicting the effect of a pass that is played diagonal/vertical/horizontal, there appear clear preferences. Whereas a ball that is played diagonally can overplay vertical and horizontal lines of the opposition, a vertical or horizontal pass only overplays either vertical or horizontal lines. Moreover, receiving a diagonal ball is easier since you can position yourself sideways seeing ball and goal at any time (open body shape).
Diagonal > Vertical > Horizontal
one should always attempt to progress up the field when playing out from the back. Small details can decide whether a player can turn and play on forwards. If possible, players should always play a pass onto the front foot of the receiving player. That way, the player can face the opposition goal when receiving and it is more likely that he spots a spare man in a more advanced area. Furthermore, if the receiving player has space in front of him, one should play the ball into the space to enable progression up the field
Pass onto the front foot or into space, if possible.
the body shape of the receiving player, the first touch, verbal and non-verbal communication between players and many other individual principles affect the success rate when playing out from the back.

The team will focus on the trigger of a overlap
-Quick change of field
-winger taking inside diagonal angles
the anticipation of the play is a main factor on the overlapping
and the communication as a mayor factor
Midfield Line trigger the overlap with quick change of field
7, 11 take the inside angle forcing the defender go inside creating the space on the wide areas
Defender overlapping the player with the ball
9 looking to over take the blind side of the defender

We will set fundamental principal in order to have the best organized transition possible

Develop the ability to recognize where is the pressure
and the ability to receive the ball under pressure and take a good decision
taking the forward finding the space in front of them of behind the defensive line

Liberty Developing Plan 21/22 season
Developing Plan for Liberty U14 Season 21/22
on Attacking phase
Mainly formation 1-4-3-3
Variation 1-3-5-2
This year we mainly focus on the 20 zone model base on positional game
the main goals is move on block high on the field to try to get numerical advantage between the lines in order to:
- Dominate the ball in Dangers position
- Manipulate the other team position (Possession with a purpose)
- Create space to score opportunities
The first and main Attacking principal base on play forward as first option, if is not possible is keep the ball and keep possession of the ball with the purpuse of create space and score opportunitiesWe create this sone In order the team to know... Where to be and when?- Where the team will be based on the zone the ball is
- How to select the most deeper pass is
- know when to overload different section of the field
the team follow 2 positional layout- No more then 3 Player on the Horizontal zone line
- No more then 2 Player on the Vertical zone line
and the Rotation as a main fuel of the system.
