'HIGH TEMPO' Possession to SCORE (18 Players)
Set up / Organisation: 18 players
Coach commences play with crisp pass into end zone.
Each SET is @75sec then change defending team. Transition in 5 sec's!
Each Team to work 3 x times defending.
* 2 x defenders 'must' press the ball. No PROPPING.
* 6 v 2 in end grid
* 2 x touch only
* Team in 'possession' must gain a minimum of (5) passes before returning a pass into opposite end grid that 'must' go through the Mannequins.
* On goal being scored by passing into opposite end 2 x new Def's now enter grid to defend but only after 1st touch from team in possession.
* As goal is scored - defenders return to the middle box as 2 x new defenders (yellow) then leave the centre grid to create a 6 v 2 in opposite end grid.
* Should defenders intterupt the play then the coach quickly delivers a pass into opposite end and game continues in that end with 2 x new defenders.
* Play at high tempo!
