• Two teams of 4 players
• Pitch set up in quarters 20yards x 20 yards

Use of Challenges, conditions andtargets

• 
  
• Yellow team has to pass the ball without being tackled by blue player
• target of 5 passes in the first quarter before they can progress to using half a pitch, then 5 more passes to reach 3/4 pitch then the full pitch
• Blue team players increase by one each time yellows reach target.
• Point for every 5 passes, and bonus point if all four players touch the ball.
• If blue team tackle, win possession of the ball, or it goes out of pitch boundary. the teams switch roles
