Players split into groups of three with two balls for each group. One player is in the middle. The other two set up at a 90 degree angle as servers. The middle player alternates taking rolling serves and one touch passing back back to the serve. The player alternates left and right foot. Emphasize proper techinique with inside of foot, ankle locked, with toe pointed up. After a minute, rotate to next player. Emphasize form over speed. Encourage building up speed if/when player gets a rhythm.

5x20 grid. 3 players at each end with one ball at one end. 1. Player from end without ball shows to middle of the grid. 2. Ball is passed to player in middle. 3. Player receives ball across the body, turns, and passes back to the end they started on. 4. Player returns to end of line. 5. Player that passed to middle is next to show to middle. Cycle repeats. Emphasize proper (A)angle, (B)body position,(C)check. Also receiving ball across the body and turning as quickly and tightly as possible. If players have trouble with pattern, let them know they simply always follow their pass.

Grid is 40x40 with 2 neutral target players on end. 2 teams play in the grid. When a team gains control of the ball they must pass back to one of the target players and then attack the other end. Whenever a target player receives the ball they must pass to the other target on the same side using 2 touches. They are coached to have hips face that direction and touch the ball close enough to take one step and pass. The second target then must pass to a field player on the same team for that team to score a point. The scoring team immediately attacks the other end. When the opposing team gains possession they must pass to a target on either end and then can attack the opposite goal.

Scrimmage with keepers. Start with restriction that when a team gains possession they must pass back once before they can go forward and score. If a team gains control in their own third they must back pass to the goalie before going forward. The keeper must 2-touch across their body.
Remove restriction after some time and observe if players receive acrosss their body.
