2 setups of this (full area roughly 10x20)...
Blues must possess ball on one side while keeping away from 1 of the reds
The only way they can get across to the other side is by performing an "up-back-thru" across the middle line (this sends one blue into the opposite side to create the 4 v 2)
Once into the other side, 1 new red jump in to defend that side, the previous defender returns back to their sideline
Progress: consider allowing them to cross the line with an overlap as well
Switch out the defenders after 3-4 mins

5 v 5 (3 team rotation)
Regular LOTG apply but an extra point awarded to team who successfully completes an up/back/thru OR overlap

Transition/Speed of attack (20 mins)
3v2 --> 2v1 Transition game
(Part 1) Play starts with 2 red defenders who pass pall to 3 blue attacking players.
Attackers combine until they can get a chance on goal.
(Part 2) Last player to touch ball before shot/goal/out of bounds becomes defender 2v1 against the reds (reds must get a ball from teammates so other reds must be ready!)
If in the run of play a red player wins the ball, it also becomes a 2v1 against the blue who last touched the ball
After the 2 attacks (blue then red), players reset back into their lines and new ball is started from next red defenders
Attacker goal = 1 point. Defender goal = 1 points.
After 5 mins, switch roles. Keep track of score to see team with most points.
