"FOLLOW THE LEADER"
Organization:
- All players in a line facing Coach with their ball
Activity:
- Players will start jogging in place while playing with their ball (ie. bells, toe taps, ins and outs etc.)
- On coach's call players will perform a specific movement as quick as possible:
1. Right - VCut with Right Foot (skill can change)
2. Left - VCut with Left Foot (skill can change)
3. Up - Header
4. Down - Wipe/Touch Ground
5. Burlington (or whatever name the players choose) - Dribble to End Line to their RIGHT and back
6. Mississauga (or whatever name the players choose) - Dribble to End Line to their LEFT and back
- Can perform for a total of 5-8 movements per round.
- Can complete approx. 5 rounds depending on timing and length of each round
- Idea for choosing the name of "each side of the end lines" - Ask players "what their favourite candy is?" (ie. KitKat, Oh Henry!, Reeses etc.) and those can be the names. Therefore, when you call "Reeses" players will have to dribble to the right, and "KitKat" players will have to dribble to their left

Organization:
- All players in18 yr box
- All cones scattered in 18 yr box
Activity:
- All players start moving around with no ball (ie. jog, skip, shuffle, etc.)
- Coach will choose a certain movement (ie. high knees, butt kicks, open/close the gate, kicks etc.)
- On coach's call, the players will run to a cone and complete 5 reps of the movement and repeat this for a total of 3 different cones
- Coach will also ask for the input and ideas from the players for them to show creativity and leadership
- This will continue for a total of 5 movements
Progression:
- Players will grab their ball and begin dribbling around the 18 yr box
- Coach will choose a certain movement (ie. bells, toe taps, cut, sole roll, vcuts etc.)
- On coach's call, the players will run to a cone and complete 5 reps of the movement and repeat this for a total of 3 different cones
- Coach will also ask for the input and ideas from the players for them to show creativity and leadership
- This will continue for a total of 5 movements
