Organization:
- 2 teams
- Each player w/ ball in lines as shown
Instructions:
- First player in line dribbles past second line of cones, performs turn, then dribbles to first line of cones, performs turn, then finishes before passing second line fo cones (see diagram)
- Next player in line may go when player performs his second turn
- Play games to 10 goals. Play best out of 3, 5, etc. games
- No point if player fails to cross line, shoot from behind line, or player does not follow restrictions of progressions
Coaching Points:
- Controlled Approach
- Check Shoulder to identify space
- Keep body between defender / ball when turning (determines type of turn)
- Ball out of feet, Head up, Accelerate Out
Progressions:
- Players cannot perform same turn twice
- Players cannot perform same turn as player in front of them
- Limit players to weak foot

Organization:
- Players split evenly in to two teams
- Balls w/ coach
Instructions:
- On coach's call, first player in each line runs around respective cone and back
- Coach rolls ball out
- Players play 1v1 to either goal (keep score)
- Multiple groups playing simultaneously
Coaching Points:
- Body Between Defender / Ball
- Choice of turn
- Execution of Trun
- Accelerate out
Regressions:
- Players must perform a turn before going to goal
Small Sided Games for final 15 minutes

Organization:
3v3 Small-sided tournament games: 4 teams of 3 players each team. 2 fields of 30x40 yards with 2 Pugg Goals on opposite endlines.
Instructions:
4 Teams of 3, play 3v3 tournament style format where each team will play one another. 3 points for a win, 1 point for a tie and 0 for a loss. Each game should be approximately 6-8 minutes in duration (obviously play a 3 game tournament).
Coaching Points:
· Review of session's learning outcomes being translated into the game
· 3 lines of attack
· Creating diamond (gives angles of support)
· Making diamond as big as possible (Creating space)
· Identifying any numbers up situations
