Instructions:
Attackers will start with ball - 3v2(+K)
Looking to score a goal
If denfense wins may score in any of the three pugs nets
Coaching Points:
-2nd attacker - make runs into space
- Maintin traingle shape on the approach
- Body shape to receive ball to prepare for next action
- Quick Decision making ( Proactive not reactive )
Progressions/Regressions:
Re - Put channels defenders can not run into
3v1
Pr- Add defender
SL- (Must pass the ball)
DF- Must dribble to endline first

Organization:
2 fields, 4 teams of 3 players, 2 netural players, 2 small goals per field, 2 soccer balls
Instructions:
1.Team must complete minimum number of passes before scoring, if the number of passes are achieve team will obtain an extra point. Adjust number of pases on team ability and age
2.Teams score a point by successfully scoring into the opposition goal.
Coaching Points:
1. Pre-Action:
- Mentality (pass and move, high tempo, speed of thought)
- Movement off the ball to identify / create space and open passing lanes
- Selection of appropriate receiving technique (inside, outside, stall, first-touch-no-touch, etc)
- Selection of appropriate passing technique (inside, driven, curled, lofted, etc)
2. Action:
- Angle and distance of preparation touch
- Weight, angle, timing, trajectory and shape of pass
3. Post-Action:
- Mentality (pass and move, high tempo, speed of thought)
- Movement off the ball to identify / create space and open passing lanes
- Provide effective supporting angles for 1st attacker
Progressions:
- Introduce touch limit

Instructions:
- Two teams play 3 minute small sided games of 5 vs. 5.
- Winner stays on.
- In the case of a draw, new team stays.

Instructions: Player A serves the ball to Player B or Player D depending upon the pressure of the defender (Player C).
Coaching Points:
1) Back foot or front foot receiving.
2) Weight, accuracey and type of pass based upon pressure from defender.
3) Body shape and body positioning to receive ball under different types of pressure.
4) Positive touch towards goal based on positioning of second defender.
5) Drawing defender in if immediate pressure is not tight, then playing back pass to server.
6) All players must find supporting and passing lanes.
