Reflex Drill
1. 2 Keepers participate
2. First goal 3-4 yds wide, 2nd goal 6-7 yds wide. Disc goals 3-4 yads wide with 5 yard spacing form first goal.
-Coach passes back and forth with with feet to keeper in first (closest) goal. First keeper can only dive to save shots/passes on the disc goals.
-At random points coach shoots through first goal and 2nd keeper makes reflex save or coach passes to disc goals and 1st keeper takes quick steps and then makes diving save.
