1. ball starts at green cone
2. player on blue cone moves from blue cone to white cone,
3. player from green cone plays ball to player that is now on white cone.
4. player on white cone now plays a one-two around mannequin using the player on yellow cone and finishes
5. shooter retrieves their ball and goes to the back of the line (green cone)
6. player from yellow cone moves to blue cone.
7. player from green cone moves to yellow cone
8. Start this slow so they can start to understand all the rotations. one they understand the rotations encourage intensity while working and slow and easy between sets.
9. Let them know that this is going to be challenging for them but it is something that we need to work on because we need to start to be able to do passing patterns.
10. If they start to get it, change it so that the shooting player starts on the white cone, makes a decoy run to the blue cone and comes back to the white cone to receive - 'two runs to receive'

1. split into two teams with two seperate areas
2. one player from opposition team comes in to defend, if team makes 5 passes the defending player goes back into their side and another defender enters. This continues until the ball is lost by team in posession
3. possession switches sides
4. make the areas very big so that we can get the completed passes

2. 3 v 1 (defender half heavy overload)
3. one striker receives the ball in attacking half all players can enter attacking half - encourage the striker to move to find the ball, then encourage the defenders to get forward to give him an option once he receives it
4. striker cannot come back into area to defend, so in attacking half it should be a 4 vs 3 overload - approx
5. make the areas big enough that it doesn't look too messy
