Organization:
Utilize most of the field
2 cones low (CBS)
2 cones wide (Right & Left Mid)
1 cones central on each side (Center Mid)
Have 2 players on the cones that starts the ball (Opposites on the field)
Rotation
Blue Players - stay as CM and don't rotate - coaches change every 1-2 mins
Red Players - they rotate on the outside in the direction the ball is going - - side A counter clockwise/ side B clockwise
Objective
2 balls going at the same time
Players are communicating, timing their movement and getting the ball through the pattern with good tempo/control
Coaching Points
- Speed to deliver ball after 1st touch
- Body Shape (Receive the ball opening your body to see the field)
- Head up to see the options before 1st touch
- Next player communicates before teammates 1st touch (not after)
- Good strong passes with the inside of the foot, proper weight
- Sharpness to check to ball (timing and speed of arrival)

Organization:
3v2 Building the attack (switch focus)
Setup
Divide the field in half (have 2 going on at the same time)
Have the 2 small nets wide facing inside on each half (total 4 nets or gates)
Reds - Building the attack - switch the field when one side is overloaded
Blue - Opposition attackers
Black - Coaches/GKs or add 4th player
Nets - represent the 2 Half spaces/wide 7/11/9
Objective
Blue players are trying to hit the nets
White players are trying to get the ball and dribble past the end line
Ball always starts from the coach (wait for them to get into their positions)
White players have to give space just as they do in a game with the retreat line
Coaching Points
Tactical
- 2 CBs spread out to provide Width
- #6 works as a Pivot and option in the middle
- Create passing lanes by moving between lines and gaps of defenders
Tech
- Receive the ball opening your body to see the field
- Head up to see the options before and after 1st touch

Organization:
- Cones are setup to show starting positions.
Instructions:
- Patten A : Follow your pass: GK to 1 to 2 to 3 and finish diagonal goal, dribble ball home and keep pattern flowing (tempo)

- Identify the triggers and cues to start moving.
- Quick and sharp movements i.e. check out / check in.
- Creating a triangle with good angle of passes and movements
- Good starting position to receive the ball - arrive on 1st touch (not wait)
- Good first touch.
- Body shape when receiving the ball i.e. always side on to have a decent view of the pitch.
Progressions:
- Addition of multiple balls to increase intensity and repetitions.
- Adjust pattern with additional pass
