Turnover and moving the ball on (2 games running at same time)
Two teams on, one team waiting. If teams are successful in their attack they proceed to then turn and go again. Defending teams need to win possession and either cross the next gain line or look to connect two passes and then attack against the waiting team.
Focus: Transition from defensive mind set and play to attacking mind set in quick time.
Structure:
- Three teams are set up on the pitch. The mid (RED) team start with the ball and attack towards YELLOW. They need to score to continue (turn and attack against BLUE) and will stay on if they score again. If they lose possession to the YELLOWS, the YELLOW team need to carry the ball either over the next gain line (mark out three zones) or complete two successful passes and attack BLUE. If YELLOW are successful they turn and attack the team on the REDs on opposite side and repeat above.

Turn and burn with overload (2 games taking place)
Attacking team have a guard to create an overload, this player can only support in attack and is restricted to moving between the 25m and end of pitch (END ZONE)
When the defending team turnover possession they look to connect with their waiting player to become the attacking team, whoever passes to the waiting player rotates places with them and becomes the "guard"
3rd goalkeeper rotate in when a goal is scored

Attackers play the ball around the area attempting to complete a pass through the small circle for a goalAttacking players allowed into circle and encouraged to enter, drive and draw defenders etc
No players are allowed in the smaller square
If Defenders win the ball, they have to drive outside the circle and then become an attacker and the attacker nearest has to become a defender
If defender wins the ball, attackers need to win it back before the ball carrier leaves the circle (encourages team tackling and turnover mindset)
Defenders encouraged to think about where to move with the ball if they do win it (pre scan and scan)
