Variable Practice
GK starts slightly behind centre of goal (as illustrated) for server 1. Markers/Servers between touchline and penalty area, either side of goal and approx level with 6 yard box and penalty box.
Servers in turn deliver ball in towards 6 yard box for GK.
Progression
Pairs can pass ball to each other (as illustrated) prior to cross or overlap to deliver cross from bye line

Markers / servers are placed on either side of penalty area, approx 1m from goal line. GK starts near centre of goal as illustrated for server 1.
GK slightly behind centre,facing respective server, body angled to increase view of pitch (three flags rule).
Server 1 lobs ball into target (shaded) area for GK to collect.
GK receives from server 1/2 alternatively.
Progression
Servers are allowed to move slightly from marker and vary the direction of the lobbed ball so that the target area is opened up to include the whole of the 6 yard box, though keeping the direction of the ball towards the goal.
