Field Set up

  • 6-610pm: Body Warm Up
  • 610-650: Skill Stations 3 X 10 minutes
    • Natalie: Goalscoring (1 GK needed)  with focus on hitting and scoring off back post
    • Katie: Individual D
    • Sarah: Elimination Skills (1 GK needed)
  • 650-730: Game Stations 3 x 10 minutes
    • Natalie: 3v3 with GK, 1/2 court Bball style
    • Katie: 1v1
    • Sarah: 4v4 with 2 GKs
  • 730-8: 5v5v5 4v4v4, two field set up
    • Put goals on side lines and field should be 25 yards wide.
