Ankle stretches, calf stretches, knees etc.
This is the time when everyone is together and relaxed, talking about the day or upcoming events.

Players will pair up and work on their touches.
Player 1 tosses the ball to Player 2. Player 2 volleys the ball back to 1 and then high knees over the cones.
Player 1 tosses the ball to Player 2. Player 2 volleys the ball back to 1 and peddles back to the red cone.
Player 1 tosses the ball to Player 2. Player 2 heads the ball back to 1 and then side shuffles to the other red cone.
Player 1 tosses the ball to Player 2. Player 2 heads the ball back to 1 and then sprints to the beginning.
The process repeats, except after the back peddles to the red cone, it is switched to chest trap and volley and another rep with a thigh volley back.
Coaching Point:
Goalkeepers do the same except:
After the back peddles, goalkeepers grab a high ball on the red cones.
Then the ball is dropped and kicked to the hands.
Finally, in the third rotation goalkeeper's chest trap and passed back (simulating a back pass where the goalkeeper can't use his hands).
Coaching Point:
GK's should be Paired together to work on the same style while the field players are paired together.

1. Goalkeeper 1 will sprint to the cones and then high knee over the hurdles.
2. Goalkeeper 2 will shoot the ball to the hands of GK 1, who will then throw the ball into the left net, trying to hit the net before the ball bounces.
3. Goalkeeper 1 will continue over the cones to GK3, who will shoot the ball to the hands of GK1 and throw the ball into the right net, trying to hit the net before the ball bounces.
4. Goalkeeper one will return to center and make a third save from a shot on goal.
5. GK1 will do three rotations and then rotate gks.
Coaching Point:
Goalkeeper 1 must have the proper hip and foot placement toward the distant goal.
Goalkeeper 1 also needs to use the "'pulling down the wall technique for maximum height and distance to hit the net before the bounce.
Goalkeepers 2/3 should focus on putting the ball on the hands for a quick transition to start the counterattack by GK1 distributing outside.

Goalkeeper will distribute to player 1, who will work the ball out of the back towards the touchline or CDM coming into space as player 2 spreads the field wide.
Defenders will stay spread for more options for player 1, who will work on getting the ball out wide and then up.
After practicing the pattern for out-of-the-back distribution the standing opposite team (blue) becomes live with the game toward goal.
Coaching Point:
GK will work on staying behind player 1 for a release and switching the field to the opposite outside back.
Defender 1 will need help with player position with communication from the GK helping player 1 who will be under pressure.
Defense wins by passing the ball through the blue and into the net.
Offense wins scoring goals.

Teams of 5 play two-touch mini-soccer games inside the grid, shooting the ball from the run of play.
The scoring team stays on the field, gets the ball out of the net, and attacks the other goal.
The team on the outside sprints in and defends the goal. The game is continued until 1 team reaches five goals.
Losing teams have fitness.
GK, with the most goals scored on them, also has fitness.
Coaching Point:
GK's only distribute short and have no punts.
The gk needs to work on communication and pay attention which team is on and who is on his team.
Shots should be quick and through traffic. Gk's needs to work on positioning and will have to look through many different teams contiously.

Goalkicks to a postage stamp 11's.
Goalkeeper will work on distribution playing long. The attacking players make a square on the half line as the gk practices hitting the desired location.
9/10 attempt to win the ball out of the air and pass back to the underlying player. Then the game is live on goal.
All balls over the end line are either long/short goal kicks. No corners to maximize practice time.
Coaching Point:
GK will determine whether or not the goal kick will be played short/long, depending on the pressure of the attacking players.
If the attacking players are playing high (18-yard box), then gk will play long. The decision needs to be made quickly to catch the blue off guard.

Warmup Lap (10 mins)
The team will warm up with a lap together, running around the field at about 75% speed.
Then when returning to the start, the players will dribble a ball around the half of the field. The dribble will be close to the body, one stride away at a controlled and steady pace.
Then when they get to the far corner, they cut to the 18-yard box and shoot the ball into the net to gather the balls.
