In this practice the goalkeepers should move down the tunnel while facing each other. At the end of the tunnel the goalkeepers should swap sides to allow them to practice the movement techniques on both sides. Movements include:
-Side skips,-With a partner, both goalkeepers hold the same ball. Then use side skips again to move down the tunnel.
After this ball movements can be included to help with familiarization. These include:
-Rolling the ball for the partner,
-Throwing the ball at waist height for the goalkeeper to scoop,
-Throwing the ball at face height for the goalkeeper to catch.
For more advanced goalkeepers, diving can also be included. To include this, the goalkeepers can again start facing each other and balls can the thrown or rolled to the side for the goalkeeper to dive and catch.

-Single over arm swings as if throwing the ball.
In partners standing back to back, can players:
-Twist to the side in the same direction (repeat on both sides),
-Pass the ball over the head and between the legs (in both directions),
-With a gap between the players, twist in opposite directions to pass the ball between the players.
Throwing the Ball
-Pass the ball from one player to another, one player throws high and the other low so balls do not collide (repeat so both players throw in each direction),
-Repeat as above but one player throws high and the other rolls the ball along the ground (repeat so both players throw in each direction),
-The two goalkeepers start facing each other with a gap to the side, to allow them to throw the ball forwards and to the side for the opposite goalkeeper to step across to catch.
