TRANSITION: 4V1 INTO 5V4

6 passes in a row = point

Play begins with a 4v1 in the center zone. When the defender play win the ball or it goes out of the grid, the ball is played to outside zone to their teammates and now its 5v4 possession for the defending team. 

When the defending team of four wins the ball, play is stopped and play resumes again 4v1 in the inside zone. Rotate teams.

Progress: When the team of four wins the ball in the outside zone, they can score on any goal

Game is continuous. Can only score on your diagonal goal. To start, X dribbles and attacks O attempting to score. Must dribble across line before you can score. If O steals the ball, they attempt to dribble inside the square for a point. If X scores, or misses the goal, they immediately transition and defend the first player in O's line dribbling to score on their goal

Progress: Can score on either goal (1 point for goal in front of you and two points for a diagonal goal. Defender gets 5 points if they can win the ball and dribble into the square.

One team of four plays possession against two players of the opposite team. Two other players from the defending team are on the outside

When the defensive team wins the ball or it goes out of the area, the defending teams teammates immediately transition and join now making it 4v2 for their team. Two attacking team players come into defend and the other two place themselves on the outside of the grid
