Organization:
1.6 v 3 (5 v 3 + T) through 3 zones; adjust numbers to size and level of the group.
2.Blue moves the ball with condition that ball has to be touched in each zone.
3.Focus on playing into targets
4.Start building in one end zone → one player (here B4) on opposite side steps outside as target.
5.Once played into target, blue changes direction and plays to target (who has stepped out) on other side.
6.Defenders always in 2 zones.

Organization:
1.N/S, E/W game, 3 v 3 (4 v 4) into targets.
2.Red plays North/South, blue plays East/West.
3.When player plays into target, he changes positions with target and target will come onto the field.
4.Team in possession looks to create triangles all the time, supporting the ball and playing quick combinations.
5.Progress with 4 v 4 in the middle.
6.If too difficult for attacking team, add one neutral player.

Organization:
1.Play 6 v 6 (30x50) with or w/o GKs, choose a 3-2-1 or a 3-1-2 formation.
2.Keep the tempo high, keep the flow going.
3.Coaching is more over the top, very few stoppages.
4.Encourage the team with the ball to make the field big (long and wide).
5.Encourage timely movement to receive a pass.
6.Create extra man situations (2 v 1, 3 v 2) by linking up quickly and get numbers around the ball.
7.Initially put in condition to play everything on the ground.

Warm Up (20 mins)
Organization:
1.Start the warm-up by all players dribbling a ball ; add feints and ball manipulations.
2.Have whole group pass and move with 2 or 3 balls, focusing on good spacing (always looking around) on the field and quick ball handling.
3.Play 8 v 2 keep away; after pass, player has to run around one of the cones and then look again where to best take up position on the field.
4.Run around 2 cones.
